Roland Carlow honorably served in the United States Army, managing 30 military and civilian personnel while overseeing the inventory and procurement of $1.2 million of food as well as $7 million of military vehicles and equipment.
Upon his discharge from the service, Roland served as a Regional Sales Representative, selling and distributing hundreds of frozen food products to over 110 vendors. Wanting to find a solid, long-term career path reflective of his passion and interest in electronics, Roland came to VAe, where he excelled in all areas of study.
The best part of this program was working with an experienced staff who spent a great amount of time and energy preparing me for interviews. They advocated on my behalf to secure an excellent job working in the field while being able to support and provide for my family.
The instructors also break down the material, making it easy and fun to learn. I am proud of receiving 11 Internationally recognized Electronics Certifications by IPC and ETA Standards. I would highly recommend to any service disabled Veteran seeking work to get in touch with VAe.
Upon completion of the program, Roland worked with Veteran Advocate to secure full-time employment at Federal Security Technologies, where he presently works as the Director of Integrated Technology.
